1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
-We accept requests for product exchanges if they meet the following criteria:
The exchange request is made within 2 days of the purchase date.
The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
The return is due to a sizing issue or printing issue only.
The item was not customized or personalized.
2.No Refund Policy
No refunds are provided on our website for any of our products, However you can opt to exchange the product only if it has size or print related issue. Our commitment is to ensure that you receive the correct size and a satisfactory product through the exchange process.
3. Return and Exchange Process**
To initiate a return and exchange request, please follow these steps:
Provide your order number of the product, a basic description of the sizing problem/photographic evidence of the printing issue. Email us at info@stylondecor.com within 2 days of receiving your order. provide an accurate description so as to be assisted quickly.
Our Support team will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Exchange Process**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm that the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the exchange process:
We will send out a replacement item of the correct size/print.
Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Stylon Decor for up to one time.
The product will be shipped within standard timings 3-5 days.
